I know I'm probably in the minority, but I would like it if we swapped fewer bags, possible 10 or 12, that way we could keep it under 13 oz. plus it would be affordable for me. I don't have much of a stash, so I have to purchase new fabric for these swaps. Just my two cents worth.

I agree with Sara, swapping 10 to 12 sets is much easier and could be sent in a flat rate envelope for $5.00. When swapping small numbers I always have the Post office put stamps on a flat rate envelope then I fold it in half and send it along with my blocks, noodles, etc. The number of participants could still be kept at 25, just have everyone send in fewer sets.
