Problem with rotating fiskars mat
Received my 121/2 inch fiskars self healing rotating cutting mat problem is when you rotate it it will not stay in the little round circle it's suppose to stay in. Does anyone else have this problem it just wants to slide around but not like its suppose to you have to keep putting it back in the. Groove that it's suppose to turn in any suggestions

Mine works great too -DD had a mat once that gave her problems - she had the bottom turned the wrong side up - maybe that is the problem with this one.

I love my Fiskars mat. It turns so much more easily than my Olfa one. I have not had a problem with it coming out of the groove. I would call customer service. Perhaps they will not ask you to return it.

Isn't there a 1-800 number on product you can call to report the problem. I've use that number for many of my house items, computer gadgets, and they sent another set free.. Same for a baby cart who lost it's wheels, and grocery cart, companies should stand by their product..

I had the same problem so I asked Santa for a different kind. It's a Brooklyn Revolver. It's on ball bearings and I dearly love it!!!
