Quilt in a Day Forums

Help!!! I just can't figure this one out. I am doing a BOM at the Quilt Store and it calls for using this at times. Help me Please. It can't be that hard.

I'll check out the site myself, cause I look at the product, and walk away for the vary same reason.. Don't know, can't picture it, won't do it! I learn in last few years.
