Doing my bobbins

I'm having a problem when I wind my bobbins they don't fill up. They stop before the bobbins full. Can anyone help.

Are you using your sewing machine or a bobbin rewinder? I find that a bobbin rewinder does not completely fill them.

I also tried the bobbin winder didin't work at all. ButI'm useing my machine. any ideas

Move the little screw in the adjustment thing that the bobbin sits in. All of mine are shaped like teardrops and have a screw in the middle. Loosen the screw and turn the teardrop so that you have more room on the bobbin. It may take some fiddling. If you turn the wider part of the teardrop into the groove of the bobbin, you get less thread. If you turn the wider part away from the groove of the bobbin you get more.
