ruler/cutter

Post by churchmouse » Fri Jan 09, 2009 3:41 am

I watched Elenor's victory quilt show yesterday and it looked like she was using a ruler with a cutter attached.she measured then just slid the "thingie" down and presto her fabric was cut like she wanted it. Can anyone tell me what she used and where to get it? I did not find it on her site. Thanks

Haven't seen that show, but on one of her others I saw her use Fiskars cutter. It's 6" wide and 24" long.
I found it at WalMart. I have only used mine once, forgot to put it in the RV, but seems to work good.
I checked Fiskars site, here's the info.

I have one but it's too awkward for me. I get frustrated trying to figure out the right measurement position. The small things really mess me up. LOL
