Thangles

Post by suzette58 » Fri Oct 03, 2008 1:49 pm

I went to the Sewing & Quilt Expo today. In one of the booths I bought a package of Thangles. The way the sales person explained it, they sound like a great item. I would like to hear from people that have used them. What you like or didn't like.

I liked the accuracy of them - I didn't like tearing off the paper!

I love Thangles. They are so accurate. I use a real short stitch length and press before I tear. I've never had a problem tearing the paper off. The last quilt I made with them I didn't even have to get the tweezers out to remove bits of paper.

I'm doing a BOM with a LQS and it's all done with them.
They sure make life simple!

I've used them, but tearing off the paper is another step I'd rather not do.
