Olfa Guarantee

I just wanted to share with everyone that OLFA does stand behind their lifetime guarantee. I had a 45 rotary cutter that the locking mechanisim broke so I checked out the OLFA website and sent it to the company per their instructions from their website and today I got a brand new cutter - I am very pleased with their customer service, only took them 2 weeks to replace it - just wanted to give them kudos :o)

Fiskars is another company that stands by their products too. It's nice to know which companies deserve our loyalty.

Martelli does, too. I have had two replaced by them.

Hmmm...good to know. My Fiskars cutter broke earlier this year. I still have it, but I bought a new Olfa that I'm using now. I'm going to see if Fiskars will replace it even though I don't have a receipt for it. I've had it for years. Thanks for posting the info.
