I love my Berninas. Others swear by their Phaffs, etc.

Decide what you really need in bells and whistles and then check your pocket book to see what you can aford to spend....that should help you whittle down which you prefer.

and SEW on as many as you possible can,,,,,,,,,test drive just like the guys do their cars!!!

It depends on how much you want to spend. Koala is pricey.
I bought a sewing table at Walmart; it's very nice. It was 199.00

Elenore has a show about how her sewing table was made. Maybe the instructions can be ordered from her website?

I think any of the newer mid range or high end machines would be great.
