Combination rotary/ruler

It is a combination rotary/ruler and is found at Wal Mart in the sewing aisle. It is about $32.00 and twice that on some quilting sites:)

I live in Maine ansd the walmart here did away with with most of fabric department, I haven't checked it for the ruller/cutter latly but if the don't have iy where else can I get one?

Did you ever find a rotary/ruler combo? Fiskars also had them online but don't know how much they were there. Hugs, Judy
