I got a Fun and Done pattern and the 'Batting Buddy' Template and a gift card to Joanne Fabric. Another sort of gift were my fees for NQA rhis summer.

But my best gift was a full set of Hamony sock knitting needles from KnitPicks, they are a thing of beauty! Lots of sock yarn, too.

Well, a lot has happened since I started this post, what with Mother Nature rearing her head. I bought EQ6 from our local quilt shop because he said he would give me a big discount. I checked yesterday thinking maybe it had come in while I was storm bound, but he said he hasn't heard anything yet.

My DS2 made me a free standing design wall for Christmas!!! It tilts and I can use it as a table, too! I almost cried...I've wanted one forever! Actually, I just asked for a 4 x 8 sheet of flannel covered plywood with hinges...he's such a sweety!!!

Well, I am 66 years old and this was the first Christmas I have ever spent alone. My daughter wanted to spend time with her fianee at his parents home here in Denver area. So I spent Christmas Eve alone, she and Josh made Christmas day dinner for his family, etc, I was invited, but didn't go. Am over it, but I am going to spend this Christmas with broghter un family where I moved from in Oct. - Rapid City, SD. My family there was furious!

Spent another Christmas her the following weekend for grandsons here at the house - her house. I rec'd some lovely gifts - one was a $100.00Borders gift Cert.
