I have 3 Kenmores and all of them are old but I can't part with any...The motor on my oldest one finally gave out, begging for mercy but I was able to find one on line and DH will be hooking it up...I always say, I have the best of both worlds...I have one in the basement for summer sewing, 1 in the sewing room for winter stuff and my old buddy sits in front of a window upstairs, where I can just sew and not miss anything going on outside....
When my old buddy died, I looked and looked and couldn't justify paying that much money for something made of plastic that probably wouldn't sew like I want it too, thus the new motor....
I know, I'm cheap, but I figure these 3 will last me the rest of my days.....
But I love to hear about someone getting a new baby...It really is exciting.....
