What is a placement sheet?

I am making an American Barns quilt and on page 40 it talks about a Placement Sheet. What is this and where can I get one? Thanks

in the back of the book there is a folded paper "placement sheet" it has some chickens on it and it has the windmill... it's basically for tracing the windmill and chickens onto fusible...

there is also a windmill kit offered through Quilt in a day... have you looked at the video's showing how to make all the blocks ?
