Photo transfer
I was watching quilt in a day about a month ago and I wanted to see if anyone knew what she used to transfer her photos on the fabric with. I just saw her iron it onto the fabric. Any help would be great.

Re: Photo transfer
If you have a ink jet printer you can buy the fabric sheets, at Jo Anns, Michale's, Hobby Lobby. Don't think Wal Mart carries them.
Now you have make sure you get the one for Photo Tranfers. Sometimes it's called T-Shirt Tranfers. You Scan in your picture and be sure to reverse it (this will print it out backwards) so when you iron on your fabric it is the right way. Follow the instructions on the package. Each type of these fabric sheets are for different uses.
If you don't have an ink jet printer (like I didn't) you can take your pictures to places like Office Max, Kinko's whatever you have in your area. And they will print the pictures out on the sheets. These work best if you iron them on muslin fabric.
This is the quilt I made for a special friend (who is now in heaven) in 2002. It was the first quilt I ever tried doing this. actually it's one of the first quilts I made. I put all her family pictures on it.
