Easy purse or tote pattern

I know where to come to when I need advice! Can anyone recommend a purse or bag pattern, that LOOKS hard to make, but really is quite easy? I have purchased a couple of patterns (that are not patterns, just directions) and they are SO complicated that it would take a professional seamstress to de-cipher them! I usually do well with just directions for quilts, but these purse patterns are difficult! If you could post a photo of your finished purse that would be GREAT! Thanks for any and all help!

There are some wonderful free totebag patterns online. I suggest you go to Joan Hawley's Lazy Girl Designs website. She has a couple of free patterns, but she also has video demonstrations on her site and shows step-by-step how to make her totebags.
