Good site but they do charge for orders under $100.

Curious to what you mean by order charge. I haven't had any order charge for it being under $100. I've never had an order over $100 and only had to pay shipping which has been under $7 for under $100. If you return an item you have to pay a restocking fee. I just don't buy any expensive item there I think I may want to return.

Anyone seen the ruler with rotary attached? Eleanor used it in one of her shows, but I have not found it as yet.

Hancock s Fabrics stores usually have the long ruler cutter. WalMart here has the Fiskars long ruler with rotary cutter in the fabric dept. Also in the scrapbooking items there are smaller rulers with rotary cutters.
