Wooden ruler holders
Quite a while ago (months) someone posted in a discussion that her DH made wooden ruler holders. They were sort of flat to sit on a table and had slots for the rulers. As I recall, he would sell them.
My dilemma is that I cannot remember who posted it or in what section it was posted. If you were the "poster" or know who was, could you re-post or let me know who it was.
Many thanks, carol/kittyquilt

Re: Wooden ruler holders
I bought a large desk letter organizer and it works great to hold rulers. I had trouble with the wooden slotted holder not holding the large square rulers but it did fine holding the long rulers.

Re: Wooden ruler holders
I bought one of these at NQA, mine hangs on the wall. It was not one of the larger manufacturers but just some vendors husband doing them on the side. Really great investment, I am sorry I waited so long to get one.

Re: Wooden ruler holders
DH made mine, which was nice because I could get exactly what I wanted. I had him make 4 of them - 7 1/2" long by 3 1/2" wide with 6 grooves. I hang all of my larger rulers, so these work great to keep my smaller rulers & acrylic templates sorted, and I only have to bring the one I need over to my cutting area. A bit of scrap wood, a little stain and I love them

Re: Wooden ruler holders
I bought one at NQA, a shop owner's husband made them. It was made of laminate, I think they probably used the cut outs from sinks. It actually hangs on the wall and is really handy. I didn't know how many rulers I had until I got them all in one place! It was a great deal at only $10.

I bought two sets QIAD has in their on-line 'shop'.
My son hung them up for me.
