Use file folder holders to hold rulers.

You can purchase file folder holders that sit on top of a table and put rulers in them. My brother purchased one for me and it is metal with rubber tipped feet. It works out really well. I has 8 individual storage slots, and you can put more than one ruler in a storage slot. I also have cutting mats and my combination mat and ironing thing in one slot.

This is just wonderful for less than $l5.00.

We found ours at Office Max.

The slots go up on an angle, so the first slot is at the bottom, and tha last slot is at the top.

I got this idea from sewsew.
