Looks like a snow cone template, or ice cream. Of course it has to do with FOOD. Seriously, I think I have seen that template in Clothilde or Keepsake Quilting. Have you called the maker of the template?

You could also use them to cut shapes that interlock, alternating curved edge up, then curved edge down, to make a pieced border...

Here is what you should do....lay the ruler on some fabric, cut around it, sew them together and see what you get. Then you can tell us what it turned out to be....then we probably will all want one just like yours....and won't be able to find them anywhere. lol...it sure looks like it would make a cute flower!!!

Try a scalloped border on your quilt...go with a small sized quilt to try it out first....Dresden plate or fans also.

it is for making dresden or dresen plate flowers sew together and aplique to fabric. use circle to cover center
