Quilt in a Day Forums

I was wondering where I could find instructions to turn a table into a sewing table with the cut out for the machine. I saw it one day on Eleanor's tv show but don't know how I can locate instructions to do it. Does anyone know and can help me out with some instructions? I don't have a husband to do it but I can use a jig saw and drill.
