Grandmother's Flower Garden
We're on a 2 month RV trip - have sewing machine and fabric, fusible marked with the patterns, etc. for GFG. Of, course, forgot to pack Egg Money Quilts book - so have a question. When sewing the fusible onto the fabric, do you sew on the lines or use a scant 1/4" seam in from the lines.

Sew on the lines, then trim 1/8" from seam before turning.
Where are you? Hope your trip is WONDERFUL!

Thanks for the reply, Ann. I looked at my marks on the fusible and the answer was obvious. Read something in early BOM posts about GFG that led to my confusion.
We're on a loop from home, up the west coast to WA, over to MT, then who knows where else. We've been in Coos Bay OR for the past week. AHH! Sweet retirement!!

Sounds like a dream trip and the perfect time of year for it!! We had a 7 week trip up to MI, and then into Canada and east to Nova Scotia early in the summer. Yes, retirement is wonderful! Enjoy your time and if you get to Glacier, enjoy it a little for me. It's one of my favorite National Parks!
