Fabric Gal Quilt block

I just recently saw this quilt block on RFDtv, but I can't remember all of it. I know it was 2 1/2" strip with 4 1/2" strip, then cut across the strips at 4/1/2, flip the large ends around & sew together. Then I THINK you use a sold fabric square & marked diagonal, sewed 1/4" on either side, then cut them apart. Is that right? I can't find anywhere online reference to this block, except the episode description- don't see where it's showing again.
Does anyone remember this block? Can you tell me if I'm starting on the right direction?

That sounds about right. I wish that I had been able to keep that episode of QIAD, but technical difficulties prevented that.
It is in the still stripping book...
2-1/2" strip
3-1/2" strip
sew them together
flip one strip
I think you've got the rest.
I love how simple and easy this was.
The whole Still Stripping book has some nice, simple blocks. It's well worth the price. Isn't it on sale now?

I made that block and liked it very well. It is in one of EB books. I had borrowed her book from some one else. But going to get the book again and make a lap robe with that pattern.. It went together real easy for me..I had just made one block to see what it looked like. It is one of my favorite patterns..

I saw that show and it was a 2 1/2" strip OF Med. and a 3 1/2" strip of the dark right sew together put the med color strip face up away from you and then the next strip put the dark color strip on top with right sides together cut into 2 1/2" strips or blocks and sew together put it together with the background block draw a line from the rectriangle block thru the top of the square block were the stitching crosses BUT NOT TO THE OTHER CORNOR. the line will come about a 1/2" below the cormor I most likely confussed you more but I made the block and drew the line wrong the first time and it didn't come out right live and learn.

Can someone tell me the name of this block? I have just gotten the Still Stripping book and haven/t become that familiar with it yet.
