stuck on a block

Post by quilter78 » Tue Jul 17, 2007 11:50 am

Has any one made the garden walk. I can line up all the squares but end up with two of the background with the flower triangles longer. what am I doing wrong.. Do I just square it up and cut the extra length off. they are about less than a quarter inch longer. the middle has lined up perfect it is just that I have two pieces longer.. Can any one tell me what I did wrong.. Thanks

Here are the instructions for Garden Walk.

Are you using the triangle in a square rulers? That's how I've made this block. It is oversized then you square it up using the special square up ruler just for this one.
