Crazy Quilt

Post by dforseth » Sat Jun 02, 2007 10:20 am

I am wanting to make a Crazy Quilt that I stitch the fabrics onto a foundation fabric (muslin) with machine decorative stitches. Would I stitch the blocks together with the decorative stitches or should I stitch them together "normal" and quilt with stitch in the ditch? If I stitch the blocks together with a decorative stitch how should I quilt it.

Thanks for all the help.

I've always wondered that myself.

Crazy quilts are normally tied, are they not? At least the ones I've seen are.

I always thought they were tied too. I have seen several and none were quilted.
