How about putting some card tables together. We did this on our deck. We put two card tables together plus a six foot craft table and DH helped me to spray baste a quilt together. Add benefit, fresh air!

mcmema, I have a pattern for a simple frame for quilting. We use one like it at chuch, takes up little space when broken down and is inexpensive. PM me with your address if you are interested in the pattern. S
