Puff /Biscuit quilts

Hello, I am new to the forum and a beginner.
I am wondering if puff quilts are suitable for a beginner to make and if so, could someone please point me to a pattern link please

Sorry my Aussie friend, just saw this post......

I had a friend who was completely new to sewing and her first quilt was a puffy or biscuit baby quilt. I had to help her with the Ins and outs of how to work a sewing machine, but she managed most of the quiltmaking by herself. She has made two or three ofthers of the same kind now. Just look up puff quilts online as they have different sizes.
