Y seams

Hello,
I know that there has got to be an instructional video by Eleanor where she teaches us all about Y seams. I don't know which pattern might be the most helpful in finding the name of the block or quilt style. Can anyone give me any information on this? Sure appreciate your help.

If you look in her Victory quilts book, there is a pattern in there that is great for learning Y seams. I call it the BridalBouquet or Nosegay.....

We did it for one of the lottos last year, though I forget which month it was.

I think I just saw her TV show where she did Y seams and it was on a block in her Barn Quilt.
