I googled stripped pieced tumbling blocks and came up with this free download - www.andoverfabrics.com/QuiltDesigns/TumblingBlocks.pdf

It is semi- stripped pieced and all the instructions are included

Good Luck

Have you found the pattern called "Not your grandmothers Tumbling Block" pattern. It is made with a special angled transparent plastic
piece. It is cut with strips, and the finished product is beautiful.
At first it looked hard, but then realizing it is easier than it looks. I don't remember the author.

Oasis gave you the Utube to watch for Not your grandmothers tumbling blocks. This is the one you want for stripping the blocks. Her name is Marcie Baker. She has just updated the pattern and will be in the book coming out in August. It is on my list to get.
