Victory Quilt Help Needed

I have completed the 12" victory quilt blocks, have the Rick-Rack boarder completed. I need help because I cannot get the border fo fin at the corners. Two corners work but I cannot get the other 2 corners to work. Please any help is welcome.

You could call customer service I'm sure someone there could talk you thru it. I haven't made that quilt yet.
