LOOKING FOR: pattern / picture of Tenessee Waltz Quilt

Post by LadyRags » Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:47 pm

I am looking for the pattern TENNESSEE WALTZ. I thought it was an Eleanor Burns pattern but I tried the search and could not find any reference to it... it is probably in a book of hers that I do not have. Anyways the guild girls are planning to have this quilt be a future project and I have been put in charge of finding patterns but I do not even know what the pattern looks like ... can anyone help me ... point int he right direction?

I have a feeling I will need all the help I can get... thanks

AA

From the Home page of this website (Look at the very top left side of this page), click on books, then on Q-Z. You'll find Tennessee Waltz there!

It's a beautiful pattern and the directions are excellent, as usual! It will help a LOT if you have the Triangle in a Square rulers, also available on this website!!

I took a mini class at a quilt shop and she taught us the Tennessee Waltz pattern. Did a small table topper and turned out quite well. Was a fun pattern. We used the Triangle in a Square also and made it easier. Tennessee Waltz is a Sue Bouchard pattern, but Quilt in a Day also has their name on the book.

Here's my Tennessee Waltz quilt. It is a QIAD book all by itself.

OOPS it didn't work. In the 'Photos' thread on the second page you will find it.

MY GF got the QinD book and is planning to teach the class... I can hardly wait until I see the class sample she is working on.
