dwr - very easy to quilt, I only did stitch in the ditch but didn't have to wrestle anything heavy through the arm :) I may get up the nerve to even try free motion with this technique :)

Betty Cotton was on Sewing with Nancy this (PBS) morning. The program was different because she used traditional blocks then put them together with her connecting strips. She has a new book out. The program was inspirational...now if I can just get up and get started! Jo Ann
