Knitnoid - I wasn't expecting to see a pinwheel string quilt. It's so pretty!

That pinwheel string quilt is gorgeous. I'm partial to pinwheels. I think I may go with Quiltville's Strip Twist for some of my strips. In that one, you sew the strips in rows and then cut them into half square triangles. Anyway, it's alot of fun planning and exploring different ways to make a quilt.

Quiltville.com got me started on the string piecing - specifically the Diamond Strings http://www.quiltville.com/diamondstring ... ings.shtml But somehow they turned into pinwheels.
