That is simply gorgeous! I don't normally like browns, but that took my breath away. Awesome! Gosh it looks hard though.

I first saw this pattern in a book called How to Hand Quilt without a Frame by Barbara Schaffeld. The pattern in the book has very detailed instructions. The book may be hard to find but worth looking for.
