What color thread should I use?

What color thread should I use?

I made a Quick Trip lap quilt (pic in photos). I made the mini quilt to match it. I'm having the quilt LA quilted soon. I am going to try to stitch in the ditch on the mini quilt. The back of the quilt is blue and the front has different blues but also white and cream. Should I match the back?

If I were you, I'd probably use transparent/invisible thread on the top, and blue in the bobbin :-)

How much blue is there on the front?
You have to watch your tension if you use the invisible thread. I guess some people like the invisible thread. It reminds me too much of those cheapo bedspreads from China that had that thread in them. LOL
