Help sewing Minkee - I am desperate!

Thank you Diane, I just got a catalog from them today and have not had a chance to look at it. For some reason my husband thinks he needs to eat. LOL

Don't panic about the price. That is the average price for Minkee. Just remember it is much wider.

If you want to use Minkee in the quilt, you could just use it for backing. It's kind of hard to piece, but it sounds like there were some good ideas here. I've only used it for backing.

Thanks Diane, I found it and will probably order some in a day or two. I like the 60 wide especially if you are making baby blankets. It may be some time before I make anything with it, but I will have it when I am ready.

I have treated Minkee like some silky fabrics and sprayed it with spray starch before cutting/sewing. It really makes a difference and washes right out.
