X block ruler

I just ordered one of the rulers and the mirror image pattern. Can't wait till it gets here! Amie :o)

I've started my quilt with my new x-blocks ruler and pattern. A little dissapointed that it doesn't use 2.5" strips(that's why I order the 6.5"). None of the rulers use 2.5" strips :o( Well, I'm still excited, Amie :o)

Personally, I love the X-Blocks tool. I've made dozens of quilts and table runners from them. What I like about the patterns is the "X-tra" bonus projects for using the trimmed pieces. Sometimes you can even make a second quilt from the scraps. You should look into it -- it's fun. Check out www.x-blocks.com.
