ConKerr Cancer has a goal to make 1 MILLION pillowcases for children: "A Case for Smiles - Helping children feel special while battling life changing illnesses."
They have:
+Delivered over 150,000 cheerful pillowcases to sick children in hospitals across the country.

+Established 96 chapters (so far!) serving children in 145 hospitals and pediatric hospices across the United States, Canada and South Africa.

One our guild members just held a sew-in at a local quilt shop and in 4 hours, they made 151 pillowcases!
So our quilt guild is going to hold a sew-in at out February meeting to make these pillowcases to add to the count toward 1 million!
