Following some "detours",re-direction, and angel's help, this project is now moving in the right direction again--toward completion. Thanks to everyone who helped................carol/kittyquilt

i received the tops/backing today for both quilts. they are so pretty. It is going to be such fun to quilt them. i should have the quilt frame empty tomorrow and can start on the first one wed. i will try and get them finished and on thier way as soon as possible.

I received a message on January 8th from grannyQuilts1 that the quilts are quilted and on their way to me for binding. KittyQuilt9292 has sent me some beautiful fabric from the new True Blue collection for the binding and it is cut, sewed and ready to apply. I will do the job ASAP and send them on to the recipients!

Such wonderful news, thank you for letting us know, gmaann. And many thanks to grannyquilts1, I know this was a difficult time for her. We're all eager to see the finished products, but will have to wait until they are delivered to the recipients!!!!!!!!!
