What can I do to get this project started?
Lets flap our wings together to draft a plan of action.

What block size do we want? Updated. 6" finnished, (6 1/2" un-finnished). Hatchet block.

Keep your signature within the middle of your 6" sq. The block should measure 6 1/2" sq. UNbleached muslin in the center.

I put unbleached muslin in the original comment about the block. If someone needs a piece of unbleached muslin, I will send them one. Also, if anyone is having trouble with the block I'm going to make up a pattern and I'll send them one. Thanks Tul.

Be prepaterd to have all blocks to maggie by June 15th.

xteacher is asking for direction with making/creating a label.

I offered to do a label, can someone let me know what we need to include on it? I can do a label on muslin and include it with my block, if I know what to put on it. Thanks, to everyone that is working on this. This is the first project I have gotten involved with.

This project is also close to getting to it's completion.

zfatcat/Lori has received the top and soon this 'EL's Angels' quilt project will be send to it's final destination.

Good Job All who were able to participate, and ALL who send prayers and/or good thoughts for this well-deserving El's Angels who is going to be receiving this quilt.

I can make blocks, and I can sew blocks together. Would need to send on to someone to quilt it. I could supply sashing and border, would be nice for a few $ contribution toward them, along with the blocks.

I don't know the person's colors, but a suggestion as to block is to have everyone make their favorite block in the specified colors. That way everyone doesn't have to learn or "try out" an unfamiliar block. I think it goes faster if everyone chooses their own block to make and the quilt will really be a work of art from everyone.

But, I'm open, I'll go along with the majority.
