Good Morning every One.
I can't sleep, so I thought for once I would start the sew-in for today.

I hope to get back to quilting Dereks Quilt today. I had trouble with my thread breaking quite often, but have that resolved now.

I need a few more Angel Blocks, then I can start to piece those 3 quilt tops together as well. And those to will be quilted on my frame.

PepperDawg's quilt is quilted and I have to put the binding on her quilt.

Then I have several quilt tops that need to go onto the frame to get quilted as well. My Delectable Mountain quilt, two differen versions made with the Night&Day pattern.

Once all that is done I need to make my project with QIAD's BOM pattern for Halloween.

We'll be running some errands today with hopefully a stop at the beach today. LOL After I get some seriues ZZZZzz's in.

Back to bed for me to try one more time for a snooze.

Good Morning:)
We are having a 4th day of cloudy and rainy weather. Nothing tragic or severe, but my mood is starting to match!! I took Thurs and Fri off for a mini vacation with my son-- weather didn't cooperate, HOWEVER we had a really nice campfire Friday night.... very relaxing. My mother and downstairs neighbors joined us -- made "pudgy pies" -- (buttered bread that toasts, with pie filling or various fillings put in an round iron, clasped together so it seals-put over very hot coals).

Can't decide what to work on next, so I just finished a square for the Underground Sampler that I want for my living room. Have so many projects started, and now xmas is coming..... next I think I'll work on my log cabin that will go in my living room.

luv2quilt hope you're feeling better!

:)

I finally fell asleep around 5 or so and woke up at 11:00.
Guess that's it for me with 6 hours sleep, which I'm okay with.
I just wish I could stick to sleeping during the night instead.
I hate wasting sunshine sleeping.

Yup, warm and sunny here, somewhere in the mid 70's.
I took care of the birds allready, and Leo is sitting close to me here, happily chatting to me.

Jeff will go for a haircut (that he should've gotten last week) while I do the groceries. After that I really need to tend to the laundry, before going back into my quilt room.

I'll BBL (Be Back Latter)

((Jennie)) Yup I did posted a picture of my DM (Delectable Mountain) quilt top. It was a masculine one, with a pannel of an eagle soaring over a lake in the middle.

Jennie the DM quilt book comes with it's own ruler. They are easy and very fast to make. The ruler is magical.

Hey everyone... thought I'd pop in while Kyle is finishing his lunch! We had yummy bacon sandwiches... strange thing for a 2 year old to like but he loves 'em! Anywho after lunch he'll go down for a nap and I can get some sewing done... I need to work on the next BOM for Eleanor's class!!! Erik took Jake out for the day so it is fairly quiet around here!

Susanna... is anyone else signed up to send you angel blocks? If not I can make a few more to add to my other three! Let me know my friend!

I'll check back in later gators! Happy sewing!

Cheers!

Good afternoon to all!! I finally stopped with housework, I was getting uglier by the minute. Completely rearranged the bedroom & found lots of dust bunnies hiding everywhere. So glad that job is done, I still need to make up the bed, but that's minor. I finished the pink & brown baby quilt, will try to post a pic soon. So, now I need to sew together 4 more rows + border, then the Packer quilt will be delivered to the la'er tomorrow night. One down, one more to go. It's starting to lighten up a little outside, there's hope yet for sunshine for one day of the weekend, huh?

:

MeQ, I'll send you some sunshine rays on Angel wings to you my dear.

Alina, I think the last count was 45 since I postted them. Since tthen I recieved Angels from Redsaltbox, Peaches and Kittyquilt. which added 8 more, so the total is 53 now. 7 More to go. WooHooo...
I would appreciate any more Angels you can add to them. You're an absolute doll.

I feel like doing a 'Jiggle Jug' now that the quilting on Dereks quilt is going pretty good and smooth. I am still going very slow with it just to prevent any mistakes.

BBL
