Well almost Goodafternoon Im back from all my errands and Im just about to start MT washmore but I thought I would drop in on the forum before I do that well I will check back afterwhile.

Hi - just dropping in for a minute. I'm doing laundry this morning, framed a picture, started loading Minkee on my frame. Man, that stuff is slippery - I'm a little nervous about it. I went shopping at the Fabric Frenzy and bought fabric to do the Tennessee Waltz quilt. I hope they go good together. They looked good on the computer but in reality they might clash. I guess I'll find out as soon as my QIAD package wait is over. I watched a Simply Quilts show that I had DVR'd. I'm procrastinating is what I'm doing - I really need to get in there and get baby Hannah's butterfly quilt loaded on the quilting machine. So......here goes.

good morning...I am going to go jump in the shower, polish off my CC and then head to a LQS to meet zfatcat and Quilter7 They have never met this will be fun!!!

Good Morning Y'all.
I woke up with a splitting head ache, and was waiting and hoping that a cup of java would do the trick. Sure did, so now I don't have an excuse to get my butt moving.

Jeff went to play D*D board game with his friends up in orange County, so I'll be home alone all day.

I really really need to re-arrange my quilting room so that the LA will fit in it.

I also can hear the begging for food going on up-stairs in the bird baby room, so I better go cut them some fresh vegies.

I'll pop-in later again.

Well I put the groceries away from yesterday did a loadof laundry walked in and out of the sewing room but don't know what to do first I think I had better start out what I said I was going to do and that is to straighten it all out so I have some room to move a little so here goes me I guess I will come away from this puter and do it.

Hi all...
I don't post alot on here, But i wanted to say Hi and I think about you all alot...especially when i'm sewing...wandering what all of you are doing or having as much fun as i am sewing or planning what to do next..I am soooooooo wanting a LA.....I better start saving...I made a king size top for My brother in Iraq and sent it to be quilted......He gets to come home the last of June for RR for a couple of weeks...we are palnning on going to Gattlinburg Tenn.....I miss him alot....I wanted feathers quilted on the quilt and she couldn't do it....I think I could Of..!!! Only if i had a LA...well, maybe one of these days......Beverly

Hi everyone,

Busy in my sewing room all day. Working on a tossed 9 patch using charm packs. It's quick and easy and I like the way the blocks are coming out. It's for friends of ours who are visiting next weekend so I'm trying to stay off the computer and focused on the task at hand:) LOL

we had fun I will upload photos when I can get on the other computer. Izzy is using it for a "secret" project. All of my photos are on that computer so I am sure the secret will be revealed tomorrow.

Hi *C* Sounds like you had a good time today.

Jeff is I believe in Mission Viejo, or Someplace just nort of Huntington beach. Each of his friends (Jeff included) host the game day, and are the DM once a month. Been that way for over 25 years now.

I took the time to make baby bird food. They're about to fly tout of the coup. Which also means I have to hang water dishes high in their cage for them NOT to land into and drown themselves.

They got out of the nest a few times this morning, and Spunky, the Dad was teaching them how to behave when they want to get fed. I guess that was still too much of a chore and they were thankfull that I placed them back into their nest. LOL, Mom is trying to scoot them out though, and is allready planning her next batch of chicks.

After I spend time in the bird room I went to my quilt room, emptied it plum out and vacuumed in there. I might have to make room in my linnen closet for fabric storage for the moment untill I know how much space that LA will take up in there.

I just now sat down to take a break to hop in here to see what's going on here. I'll go look in the photo page to look at all the new pictures in there.

So cute when your kids are being secrative right before Mothersday huh?

Hi Everyone,
Well I am back from my trip to meet Lori and Carolyn and hear Earlene fowleer.

We did have fun meeting and seeing Earlene Fowler. We had our picture taken with her. She showed us the cover of her next book that will be out in March '09 and read part of a chapter to us. She answered a few questions and just talked and signed books! She is a very down to earth person and is very much in touch with her fans.

It was really fun to meet Lori and see Carolyn again. I always enjoy looking at fabric and picking up a few pieces. (I don't think I bought as much as I should have though. Carolyn kept me from the purchases.) Lori's quilt was being machine quilted at the shop and was in the machine. It is really beautiful.
