wow, it sure got busy here today. That's nice for a change, isn't it? Now I remember why I hate sewing triangles on a square, thank goodness there are only four to make up for this. Think I'll head outside to clear my head so maybe the next ones go better.
CaroleJ......AC/DC..I love their music, as well as Journey, Foreigner, Stevie Ray Vaughn....almost any type of music. I just finished listening to Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon.

Have a friend that plays jazz and just released a new CD so that is going on as we speak. I think sewing to music is such fun, it keeps you going without having to pay attention to anything but the quilting and each other. It is wonderful to have so many to chat with this afternoon. :) Debi

Oh fart! I was going to chat a while since I'm at a stopping point. I need to go dream up something for lunch for my kids. I am thinking just a little something like cheese, crackers, and fruit, since they didn't eat breakfast until nine!

I am toying with a run to the market to get ingredients for chicken alfredo....having noodle cravings!

MeQ, I love Pink Floyd...their song "Learning To Fly" is my personal theme song; many of their songs get to me on a very deep level.

Tongue tied and twisted, just an earth-bound misfit, I.

Hi friends! I'm checking in here on and off as I pack the trailer for the trip to Paducah!! I'm SO excited to meet many of you. My quilt for the trunk show is finished - except for the label. What are we doing about labels??

Next year, definitely I'll be there. Qnewby & I are already thinking of the road trip. I did go for a small walk, but came back inside since the wind is really whipping up. Sunshine has disappeared but it's still warm. I put an angel food cake in the oven, sliced up some strawberries & when the cake comes out, ribs & baked potatoes will go in. For some strange reason I turn into "Suzy Homemaker" every Sunday night. Thank goodness it doesn't last long!!

ME now I know when to show up at your house....!!!!!!!!

I used to like to cook on Sundays, and have leftovers during the week, but since quilting, I have to drag myself in there. In fact I was thinking of just drinking some Ensure for dinner so I don't have to cook...LOL

It's a little colder here too, which of course is why I took my little cat nap ...
