Good Morning!
I am finishing(?) a small quilt top for a class on Quilt University. My DH is gone for a few days so I will be able to sew all day if I choose. I am still cleaning too and working in the yard weeding. I am also so sore from working the last few days it feels very good to just sew and take it easy. I think I will look at fabric on QIAD. The sale sounds intriquing.

Good Morning All ~ I am in beautiful downtown Fresno for a week at my DD rainbow girls convention called Grand Assembly. It is a week of fun, friends and no sleep. I brought my travel machine just in case anyone needed to have their formals hemmed and it is a very good thing. Two dresses that were too long and the lady who was supposed to make the matching tote bags for the girls forgot. So my quiet hotel room really seemed like home this morning as I cut out 8 very quick and easy tote bags, sewed them together and used the decorative tulip stitch for top stitching which matched their dress fabric and we will be able to hand them out at the beginning of sessions like normal. LOL So I have been part of the sew in and didn't even know I was going to be able to. I will be gone in about an hour and gone for most of the day but I will check in at supper time to see what kind of fun you have all been up to. I brought fabric for my autograph star block and the mystery blocks so I will be able to play later but for now it is off to spend the day with all the girlies in their pretty dresses and hand out tote bags. Happy stitching to all!! Debi

Jennie, Peach lives in Lawrenceville which is in Gwinnett County. I googled her town from the Autograph swap. Unless she has moved and she hasn't mentioned that. I don't know about Teacupdelight's address. I sure am praying that they both are safe and have had no damage.

Well good afternoon ladies... I have promised myself that unless I clean this house I can't sew.... I have finished two and a half bathrooms, three bedrooms and am going to get the kitchen, dinning and living rooms next... yuck. I got a late start because I was reading an Elm Creek novel and wanted to finish it.

I get a book in my hands and don't hardly put it down till it is finished.... I wish I could put it down and get back to it like I do my quilting but I need to know how it ends.... dumb huh?

I am taking a lunch break so that I can start again.... hope you are all having a wonderful day, it is cold outside with tons of clouds, it may rain, but I doubt it.....

Gotta get moving, have a super day, Chriss

Hi all, don't think I'll be sewing today, getting over nasty sickness and now some of the kids have it. Trying to get somewhat ready for trip on Monday night. I missed you all. :) -Anna
