Saturday ~ March 8 Sew-in

Post by astitchintime » Sat Mar 08, 2008 11:32 am

Just got back from running errands and was surprised to find no thread started yet. Is anyone out there? What are you working on? I have about two hours of catch up sewing to do and then I can work on anything I want. It is so pretty outside this afternoon, just a slight breeze and the sunshine is wonderful. It called for possible ran this evening but I don't think so. What a great day for doing whatever makes you smile.
Happy stitching!!

Anna ~ I wish I could help but I don't know anything about posting the pictures. So how is the "new office area" coming? I hope your room can get back to normal soon. Have you decided on what you will make with your new rulers, I have looked at that set and just may have to break down and get some. Debi

Hi Lori, I knew that someone else would have the answers, I can barely take the pictures, posting them is still way our of league. LOL I better stick to sewing and let someone else post the pictures. Are you working on anything special? I am trying to catch up on some of my regular sewing at the moment but plan to work on something more fun later tonight. Debi

Thanks for the help, Office is (as far as I know) 1/2 complete, so I don't even want to go down there. He'll probably wait till kids bed time to finish again <sigh>, oh well, I said something earlier so I can't again or i'd be a NAG and we don't want that now. ;)

Thanks, it's only about 24" wich is fine for the space where I want to put it... I'm tempted to do a mini of it cause it was so fast and fun, I love puzzles and that's what this was for sure!!!

The rulers look like fun, I actually wanted the triangle in a square for a pattern I decided to do, but couldn't find the magazine. Now it should be much easier, you actually make almost a circle with 8 triangles in a square, kind of like a pizza in a square, then they look like they interlock. I also wanted the 6" square up ruler, that looks like a time saver for sure. Flying geese is a bonus, I may use them in the future, but no plans for them at the moment. -Anna
