Oh...I have been bad this weekend. LQS co-sponsored a quilt show with lots of neat vendors in attendance. First got excited looking at the beautiful quilts, then ran into a friend who "encouraged" me to spend $. Did I ever have fun. Now I've actually got to work and use the fabrics I bought.

Good Morning (oh afternoon it is 12:44) I covered at a local hospital this morning for a couple of hours, there were several patients that needed to have swallowing evaluations before the MDs would let them eat. So I went in and worked, hmm 3 hours of per diem pay to play with in my next check...that adds up fast for I have spending $$$ that is outside of our budget that makes getting up early on Sat worth it..
I have stuff to do so I will be on and off...
and tonight we have tickets to the theater, we have Season tickets, so we won't be home.

We are seeing "the Importance of Being Ernest"
http://www.scr.org/season/07-08season/e ... rnest.html
the South Coast Repertory theater has a wonderful program for educators. Season Tickets are 50% off. John and I have done this for years and have worked our way up to fantastic seats on Sat Nights. When we first started we went to their preview nights which was very nice too.
It actually works out to about $20.00 a ticket and is a great 'Date Night" seeing incredible performances...some are the pre-Broadway runs.
