OT Paper airplanes needed.

Post by akeleyquilter » Sun Feb 17, 2008 9:05 am

The 5 yr. old grandson of my sisters friend has lukemia. He wants to get into the Guiness Book of World Records for having the most paper airplanes. If you would like to make an airplane I would be happy to see that he gets them.

PM me for my address. If you go to www.caringbridge.org/visit/hunterwinship
there is a story about him and you can leave him a message.

Put your name, city and state on the airplane.

Thanks, Karen

Wow, what a story. I read some of the journal. What a brave little boy and am so sorry that he and his family have to go through this. They sure have collected alot of airplanes. I'm going to go back & see how many more they need. Thanks for sharing.

well I know what my students and I are doing next week. I use folding airplanes as a "direction following" activity with my kids.

Above is a free site that gives instructions for making many different kinds of paper airplanes. It's been sooooo many years since I made one, I had to look it up on the net.

God bless the children, and especially this little one.
