Hi Folks!

I'll start this but I'm honestly not sure how long I'll be on. I'm whiped out today. Went to the other side of the state today. Left very early in the AM & the freeway was a nightmare...black ice. There were cars off the road all over, at least 50 of them. Someone spun out right in front of me, I thought for sure I was going to him him but I was carefully able to avoid the accident.

So, I'd like dinner, a steamy shower & my jammies, please

WOW! So glad you are OK!

I started assembling the Don't Fence Me In for my Paducah quilt. Fighting a cold bug or something - mostly a bad cough. Hopefully it will clear by morning.

Tonight just propped on the couch while my hot wings are cooking. I'll get them ready except for the final saucing which I'll do tomorrow during the Super Bowl.

I'm here. Managed to get a quilt pin-basted today, so want to start the quilting tonight. You're probably tired of hearing me say that I can't quilt, but I keep trying. Just stitch-in-the-ditch until I get braver!

I'll check in between ditches to see what's going on!

Hope you get some sleep, MM, and that your cough DOES go away by morning, HB!

Hey Gals! Caren that must have been an awful drive! Glad you are safely at home.

Nancy you take care! That is not fun. I cannot get rid of this head cold I have had for amost 2 weeks.

Have some sweet potatoes in the oven baking along with some chicken. Will have that & a salad for dinner. I will be back in a bit later.

Here is what I have worked on today...not pleased with how it's meeting up. It's call the Road to Ireland, but I call it the Road to Hell. I have been tearing seams out all day long! Can anyone offer any suggestions? I'm getting ready to head out...I'll check in later for some helpful tips. I have posted this under the picture area as well.

Ann - don't worry about that quilting! I'm still a stitch in the ditcher myself. My SIL and I are signed up for 2 machine quilting classes at Paducah this year. I'm excited about that!
