How neat!! I will keep this in mind and maybe I can do something to help out later.
Sandy, who is under a little dark rain cloud for the next two days-but at least it's warmer-and we can have a thunderstorm tomorrow night!!

Very nice little quilts. Aren't they fun to make? I like the "Linus Project" organization and our local battered women/childrens shelters. This year I'm going to look into how I can help the hospital auxillary with whatever they do for the pediatric ward. Now that I'm retired I have the time to give back a little.
Have Fun,

What cute quilts! I'm sure they'll be thrilled to receive them.

I've been doing this with local agencies for awhile now. I agree, it's nice to give back. They go to shelters,CHOP (Childrens' Hospital of Philadelphia), and other agencies for women and children. I love doing it.

Calicopuzzle the quilts are absolutely beautiful. I also make baby quilts and donate to a place called Birthright. They help women, especially teens with an unplanned pregnancy. They are a wonderful group of volunteers at our local chapter and they encourage girls to seek other alternatives then abortion.
You can see if a local chapter is near any of you by visiting,

Happy Quilting,
Kim
