Oh Tul- the Dutch chocolates on my pillow were a special touch; but I'm not going to enjoy them just yet! (I don't want to get any chocolate stains on the quilt top that I am working on!)

Really and truly- this time I AM going to my machine to sew!!!!! BBL! ~Marcia

Hi, Angels! I have been so busy this week I haven't had time to chat, post, or even read posts...and those of you who have been so thoughtful to message me asking if I'm ok....thank you so very much, I appreciate it! Sorry I haven't gotten back with you, so accept my apology please!

My grandmonkey has been with me this week and she has been such a big help. I've re-arranged furniture and cleaned and am trying to get our bonus room cleared out so I can make it my sewing room and keep the downstairs clutter-free! My back went out during Christmas, so it's been slow-going, but that little grandmonkey has just pitched in here and helped me so much! It's amazing how much they can do, I'm always babying her and she showed me this week what a big girl she really is!

I'm going to cut out my French Roses blocks tonight and get them ready to sew. I also want to choose my medallion for the spring Round Robin this weekend and I don't even know where to start with that! LOL! I've caught up on the 5" charm swaps I'm in, so about all I'm really behind on now is the BOM's. It really feels good to be getting caught up and getting my house in order. It was so neglected all summer and then the stockings for troops project, wow, looked like a bomb went off in here! LOL! Now you see why I love going to the cabin so much...it's nice and clean all the time! ROFLOL!! Anyway, I've missed ya'll so much and I am really really looking forward to things settling down and getting back to my buddies again! By the way, I am reducing my hours at work this year, I am going to smell some roses and slow down a bit! I need it for my health and I am so looking forward to quilting more and enjoying life without being on such a break-neck pace non-stop! Woo-hoo! That was my New Years resolution, and I've been working really hard to make it happen! I'll be here for tomorrow nights Sew-In with ya'll...missed you lots!
