Have yall seen or tried out the Gammil Premiere? Just saw an ad in a magazine. They are priced at $6995.00. Don't know what that covers. The stitch reg. is nice but I've been told by sev. that once you master the machine and your stitches, you may not ever use it. Myself I can't imagine that here! LOL

How come the sh*tty AM, Kadie? What's on your mind?

Overall, I'm great! Still have the viral crud, but that will just take time. I'm waiting to take the strong cough medicine until just before I go to bed as it will knock me out (hopefully).

Okay you guys I'm here. Was down quilting my table runner and watching "MONSTERS Inc" on DVD.. I have such a limited DVD Library-that's all I could find that I haven't already seen 100 times!

It's 8:30 CST so I thought I'd come up and check up on all of you. And fix something for late supper.... forgot to eat earlier. Now that I have FOOD in the house I just can't decide what to make! Still have Pumpkin pie left too, so that'll be desert!

So I got this runner all quilted and the top looks beautiful.. BUT it's going in the dumpster!!!! I was so careful to lay out the backing and batting and spray baste and pin like crazy. Only I FORGOT to make sure the corners were sqaured up! *&#&%^)(#)#Y%)!!!!!
SO when I trimmed the edges the top is all now caddy whompus and looks like SH*T! I rolled it up in a ball and threw it under the table. I was so mad.... what a dope. I was so careful to measure and get the centers matching of the back and top and totally forgot about the corners. Maybe it will make a great RAG!!!

Definately needed a break so thought I'd see what everybody is up to.

When I was at Walmart this afternoon I picked up 2 panels to make aprons for my DILs. Since DD doesn't know what a kitchen looks like, I didn't make one for her. Am thinking I'll crash on the couch and just get those piece cut out and call it a day. Start fresh in the morning.

WOW Jennie, that IS cold... colder than Minnesota!! It's supposed to be nice here tomorrow.... about 42 and sunny. I may even venture outside to check and see if my Christimas lights are working. Now, lets' see... where did I put that extension cord!!!

Off to find supper

Be back soon!

Yeah, the Gammill Premiere! That's what it's called. I have the info on that. The stitch reg is another 3k.

Cathy, it IS true at least on a reg machine. Once you get comfortable with machine quilting, your stitches will be nice & even. So, I'll bet you can do w/o a SR in time.
