The Long Beach is in California. I thought instead of feeling bad about not going to Paducah, I would look forward to July at the Long Beach Quilt Festival.

I was just discussing that with my husband this afternoon. I said I want to take one room at a time and just clean it from top to bottom. It will not see like such a big project if I only think about 1 room at a time. My house if very small, so it will not take long, but will get done and it needs it. I cannot believe I can get excited over housework.

O/Linda,
QIAD Linda won't be able to get rid of them!
They will probably all just move on to some place else and stay gossiping!

I was talking to a teacher who is retiring in June. I asked her what she was going to do and she said housework. I think after working so many years you just want your house clean.

The least they could do is gossip here with us so we are not quite so lonely.

I like the puppies!!! But I am parcial to dogs!
Those are really great! What patience!

Have you thought of making a basic ragged edge quilt? I have one in pinks and it is adorable...

OK,OK,OK, I am lost! why are you having a need to refresh? I know the refresh spot on the top right of screen. I just clicked it and I stayed on the place I was.

I am so computer challenged and forum challenged. LOL!! I can have the latest comments first? I will change that to see how that workes.

Happy Quilting.....Kathy

Hi all............boy, it's been busy here already, huh? So nice to see so many here tonight. See, we can have fun here too, huh? Went to a nice place for supper & then took a little ride. (Probably should've walked home & taken off the calories from dessert). I probably won't be doing any sewing tonight, just sit here & visit.

Quilter7, we have a Long Beach, NC here. It is near the southern tip of our state...lots of long rows of homes.

I am so glad you have that to look forward to. What a quilt show that will be!
